- NO RESTOCKING FEE: Door Armor will not charge a restocking fee on any item returned within the ninety (60) day return period.
- Visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal to begin the return process. You should only need to speak with an associate if you have additional questions or concerns about your return.
- Any components that are received damaged should be reported to our Customer Service center as soon as possible. Instructions will be given on how to proceed. Please have the packing slip available for quick reference and efficient service.
- After sixty (60) days items will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- RETURN SHIPPING: The Purchaser will be responsible for paying return shipping in all instances, except for the following:
- The Purchaser received the wrong product (wrong product or color).
- The Purchaser received a defective product.
The Purchaser will be able to purchase a return label for their return shipment in our Returns & Exchanges portal. The amount will be deducted from your order.
